show all topic with prefix in a thread

hi
i have some prefix in my forum
i want to create a new thread,then show all prefix with prefix "HOT" (example) in that thread
is that possible?

its to easy
at last can we have a page and show a prefix in there?
then i can use plugins and create a page and link it to menu!
