Color change for toolbar editor background?

How can i change that to another color. I tried going to editor_toolbar_background but did not work.

You were in the right place to edit the color, (Worked for me) are you sure you edited the right style?

You may want to edit the Editor Button Background to match.

For me, refreshing the page to see changes did not show properly, I had to click back button, then refresh & click Go Advanced to see changes.
