Old Forum Posts to New members

Hello everyone!

I was wondering if there is an easy way or a script I can run from the back-end to ascribe every forum post by a member who was deleted (who now shows as a guest with the old username) to a new user (who happens to be the same member who was deleted). To explain another way.

A member named Jimmy was deleted for inactivity. His posts are still on the forums and they say posted by guest but the guest name is Jimmy. Jimmy has registered a new account. Can I give those old posts that still show his username to the new account somehow?

Thanks for any help!

Ahh thanks a ton. I searched and searched for something like this. Can't believe I missed it.

Just be careful to disable the mod after you've reinstated an old member. I'm not sure why, but Borbole has so far not made his step completely clear in the instructions.

I had made it very clear on my instruction about that as you can see from my post at the mod ''s thread. However that is irrelevant now as the mod is in the graveyard as I do not support it anymore.
