Javascript working on home page but not forum posts

I am adding a javascript widget to one of my posts and it doesn't show up. I added it to our home page and it works fine.

Anyone know what could be happening?

Here is an example of what it is but the image/widget will not show up.

(function(d,n,h){if(!!d.getElementById(n))return;v ar j=d.createElement('script');j.id=n;j.type='text/javascript';j.async=true;j.src=url;h.appendChild(j );}(document,'rsoijs',head));

widgets only go in the CMS. There are forum blocks, but they only go on the forum.php page.

Thanks Lynne.

Is there anything I can add to make this work?

To make what work? As I stated, I don't know what you are talking about. You say a widget isn't working in a post and I replied that widgets are part of the CMS. And, furthermore, if you are talking about a forum block instead, those only go on the forum main page. So, I'm a bit clueless about what you are actually doing here.
