Login Problem

I Have Login Problem In My Forum I have Super Id But Now Not Login
When I Login Then Show This Messege

Code:

Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!

I Try To Reset My Password But Reset Not Working And Always Show This Messege

Code:

The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed.

Please Help Me Thanks In Advanced

You should be able to use the "tools.php" file which is in the original script's "do_not_upload" folder downloaded from vB.com members area. You should upload it to your "admincp" folder.

Run the file http://yoursite.com/admincp/tools.php --- Select the "[Reset Admin Access]" option and follow the steps.

Brother I Cannot Have Problem In Admincp Access
First I need to Simple Login My Id But Not Able To Login
But I Follow Your Trick But When I Click On "[Reset Admin Access]" Option then Show A Page For User ID Then I Put My Id After Redirect What I Do ?
I Try Again To Login In My Forum With ID And Password But Same Problem I Have :(

Brother Now I Check Reset System Working Perfect But When I Reset My ID Then Have This Problem

Access phpMyAdmin and run this query within field.

Code:

TRUNCATE strikes;

To disable failed login attempts : vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > General Settings > Use Login "Strikes" System
