Banner Size
 
Is there a way that I can set my banner so that it fills all of the space on both higher resolutions and lower resolutions?

I put a custom banner on my skin and on my laptop it goes all the way across but when viewed on say a PC or bigger monitor theres quite a big black space on the right..

Was ok on the last theme on vb3 so surely can be a workaround?
