[Request] Smooth Javascript Spoiler - Searching for javascript coder

Hey guys,

I would like to build a nice new Spoiler with someone of you, who is able to code javascript.

What can I do?
I am not able to code javascript, but I'm a webdesigner, so I can take this part.

Whats the idea?
I've created some pictures for you:

At the beginning, the spoiler should be closed and about 550px wide and 30px high; no matter how big the text within the spoiler is.
ATM there's plus in the corner of the closed spoiler.

Now, when clicking on the spoilercontainer, the spoiler opens (as wide, as the text is OR as wide as the whole post width) and the plus turns into a minus.
Also the border on bottom of the closed spoiler changes like below:

So, why do I need Javascript?
It's not the style/design of the spoiler which is necessary for the spoiler, I know.
It's the opening and closing of the spoiler which needs Javascript. It should be very smooth and comfortable. So the movement should include a logistic tempo.
At the beginning the closed spoiler should get a bit less higher than the closed situation looks like and then getting higher and faster until near of the right height:
Now the tempo of the opening should get lesser.

The same procedure happens while closing it, but this time the spoiler will get a bit higher than it's opened situation and then tinyer and faster until near the end.

Also the same procedure will happen to the right side, while it get's wider.

Specials:
The header of the spoiler will be "renameable" by the user. So where you now read the text "spoiler" the user can add whatever he wants. Like
Spoiler content
Why is my english so bad?
I'm not an illiterate, I'm from germany. So try to speak german better before laughing at me.

So if anyone has time to do that with me, I would appreciate that. Just send me a message oder answer this post.

Bye, Semmi

PS: If there is any coder, who can get all this into a self-installing package, you're very welcome too!
