Add additional header image to right side using VB 4.1.10

I am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I am wanting to add an additional image to my header. I would like to have my logo image where it is now (on the left side) and I would like to add this new image underneath the login box on the right side of the header.

I have seen previous versions of VB 4. with ways on how to do this but nothing that fits version 4.10.

Any help is much appreciated!
