This error is coming when

any member log in to the forum
Could not find phrase 'invalid_redirect_url_x'.

I see that phrase in vb4 but not in vb3, so it seems like you have some kind of version mismatch. Which version are you running?

vBulletin? Version 3.8.7

Did you install any mods? Maybe a mod for VB4 that doesn't work on VB3?

Disable hooks and see if you still get the error:
