vBulletin 3.8.7 Classic Style but black borders

Request 1:

I like the classic style but I want the borders to be black instead of blue

Can someone please guide me where can I find such a simple yet black style for free please?

but I want something similar for the forums

I seriously doubt anyone is gonna do those custom requests for free.
You may want to think about budgeting and submitting a request for paid service.

admincp>styles & templates>style manager>Main CSS for the style you want to change and change the border colour there
