Hi There
i have 2 License for 2 domain names

can i install vbulletine on one of them for second time?

such as: forum1.mysite.com ??

Yes if you have 2 licenses you can install 2 copies of vBulletin on the same domain.

Make sure the 2nd copy uses a different database name in config.php.

Also setup your cookie path and cookie domains so they don't interfere.

okey i have license for 1 domain
and i have forum on this domain
can i install another forum on the same domain with the same license ?

No. You can only have 1 forum per license, if you want to install another forum on the same domain, you would need use the 2nd license.
