How to add direction control buttons to TextEditor

Hello
I need to add text direction control buttons to the Text Editor which is used in VB4 .(I guess it is CKEditor)
Please help me which file related to CKEditor should be manipulated to add direction control button to Text Editor?
In other words I'm looking for the file include settings related to TextEditor control buttons.
