View Forum Permissions shows empty permission title

Hi folks

I noticed today that when I view forum permissions for any user, every forum listed has one field missing, but the value is either yes or no.
The empty permission title is always in the same place, between Can Post Attachments and Can Post Polls.

Can Post Attachments: Yes
<nothing is shown here>: No
Can Post Polls: Yes

It doesn't SEEM to be affecting the functionality of the forum, but I'd like to know what the hell that permission is actually referring to. I've narrowed it down and now I'm thinking it is the "Can Define Arbitrary Styles for Inline Attached Images" permission.

The version I am running is 4.1.11

Could anyone shed some light on this for me?

Yep. That's the one. Though I haven't the faintest clue what it does since there's no admin help button for it. I imagine it's some sort of setting that says whether or not one can define arbitrary styles for inline attached images but that doesn't seem to make much sense for me. :D
