Friendly URLs for UTF-8 characters (č,ć,?,?...)

Greetings everyone,

is there a character replacement for URLs available in core vBulletin? I know that the VBSEO can do it.

Here is one example
http://www.webmajstori.net/forum/tem...ti-internet%21

That i would prefer to be like this
http://www.webmajstori.net/forum/tem...stiti-internet

I've selected "Convert to UTF-8" under the "Friendly URLs" option.

I am afraid that this kind of link structure might hurt the SEO rankings. Any ideas?
