Comments across multiple sites and blogs

I forgot what its called, but its how you can post on a website if you are logged into facebook.

Example - My self hosted wordpress blog has a modification where people can post comments to the articles if they are logged into facebook.

Where is the vbulletin modification like what facebook has?

Lets say that I have a network of forums and blogs. If someone is logged into the forum, I would like them to be able to post comments on the blogs.
