Usergroup can't view PMs or Settings!?

I am having trouble with a usergroup that cannot view PMs or the settings? I have looked for where to fix it but cannot find anything. Any help? I have made sure they can edit their profile etc.

I have done that and enabled them to edit their profile but it isn't working.

Setting them to be able to edit their profile has nothing to do with viewing PMs. You need to set up things under the heading of "Private Message Permissions"

Those have already been set up.

Set to what? How about a screencap of the settings for the Registered Users and then a screencap of their PM area.

And what exactly are they seeing?

Is it just one usergroup? And do the users in this group also belong to any other usergroups?

This is only one usergroup and they are being shown they aren't allowed to view it and no, they are only part of this usergroup.

Then if you have it set up correctly, and you are using a default style, and you have no modifications, it should work.
