Why is this doing this?
 
When people go to make post after post, it shows this:

I like CWC on Facebook.

I am following CWC on Twitter.

Have you installed any addons recently? I'd start going through them.

It's an internal function not the result of an add-on. It does it here if you notice.
Check the edit and time between posts timer. Adjust as needed. I would increase time between posts to 30 seconds.

Interesting. I have never seen "I like CWC on Facebook." or Twitter or anything like that. Here or anywhere else. I agree it would be very annoying.
