Please Help! Thumbnail Not Showing Up On Facebook

Every time I try to post a link from my forums on Facebook, the thumbnail does not show up; I can't link properly.

I attempted to install a modification before but I canceled it, and removed the files from my cpanel. After that, I am facing this problem.

How can I fix this?
