Regarding "external.php" showing full details of the post.
Is there a way to add the full post to an external page.
I have little no experience with PHP, I really wish to have this feature. When placing an external code, it only shows the "thread title" is there any chance anyone is willing to add this code for me? If not, is there a plug-in for this? You want to add the full post to an external page as in a page that isn't on your site at all - like a totally different server?
|
It may have something to do with your reader. I have a feed and I view it on My Yahoo and it's showing full posts and full replies.

Are you trying to get content from a site that is not yours, or show more content from your own rss feeds on your own site.

You'd really want to look at the vBulletin CMS, or vBadvanced CMPS/Dynamics
|
Maybe you're hunting for the 'lastpost' switch, which is necessary to show replies. I can never remember it and had to dig it out of My Yahoo just now. I don't even think this switch appears in the manual.
