I get weird redirects from time to time here also.
I also get a page that says "Permanently Moved" to vbulletin.com when clicking navbar links from time to time.

There is no httpS on vb.org. So remove that and you will be good.

This. The SSL certificate is not setup to work on vBulletin.org, you need to use regular http to connect.

As above, dont run https here, just use http.
