Photopost sucks!

I haven't renewed my licence with Photopost mostly because they don't update very often and in my opinion put sites at risk of hackers.
I brought several licenses and became disponded with the company as they ploughed though only updating a small part of their products. The favourite products updated 4 maybe five times whilst VBGallery not up graded at all.
Today my server was hacked and the back door came through this code. There's no update so what can you do.
VBgallery by PhotoPost is dead! What a shame.
Can anyone recommend an alternative that isn't a security risk, works with VB4.1.11 and beyond, can easily migrate the gallery (as I have 50,000 images and 200,000 comments to transfer somewhere) and I'm happy to pay.

If you were able to isolate the code used in the exploit it is very likely you could hire a coder and they would be able to manually patch your version for you. Most exploits can be corrected with one or two lines of code- the trick is finding them. If you know how it happened, the hard work is already done.

You could use the "Request for Paid Services" forum here, or any other site you are comfortable hiring help from.
