High Scores disappeared
 

Hi guys, noticed tonight that the arcade has gone funny and it's showing no highscores etc. I have recently upgraded the forum to 4.1.10 could this be a reason? Could anyone help please? :)

check your apache error log .. and see seems like your mising your gamedata folders for the games
then you install these games maybe the chmod is not set to 777 and it's not writing to them
is the arcade new ?

No the arcade isn't new, we haven't had this problem until the upgrade and wondering if it is connected in any way.

Where am I checking the chmod? I'm in the files arcade -> should the shockwave game files be set to 777 because they're currently at 644. Or is this something I check via the Admin CP?

Sorry for dull question but how do I check the apache error log? I just checked the error log in the cpanel and nothing is coming up regarding the arcade.

only chmod the folders like in the directions..

the logs !!!!!!!!! hum... I have a dedicated server so I have root access so I am not sure how you would..

If you like I can stop in and look at the issue.
did you update the arcade ? I know the fix was removing good data as well as bad ..
but I am not sure this is related..
go into the admincp and under arcade score tools and us the update highscore.. and Update the Best Results
if it does not work .

I tried the update arcade scores as you suggested but it didn't change anything. I have sent you a PM, hope to hear from you soon :)
