I listed the names of those who are online
 
my forum is version v4.1.7 and I are the names of online users only appears the number of users.

Do you have a custom style which is designed for a different version ? My guess would be that you need to revert one of the following :

headinclude, forumhome, footer

It might also be worth disabling any modifications you use which uses the whos online space, like a legend , member tracker or members online in 24 hours. Just to make sure its not a mod which is causing it.

the default one does not appear as the names and you turn off all mods and still the same problem will I have to reinstall again the forum

Have you reverted the templates or even better add the vbulletin default style to your board and see if the problem is present on the default style

did you overlook at that page yet?!

this option enabled online. Disable all mods and nothing do not leave the names of those who are online at that time...

Did you check the "Who's Online Permissions" in your usergroup permissions?
