I Buy 1 New Domain And 1 Try 3 Diffrent Cpanels But Show This Error Please Help Me

Your php version is not compatible with your version of vb. Older vb versions don't work correctly with newer versions of php.

While old vb was not designed for new php it should still work- you can turn off those warnings with one of the options here: http://www.codeterrorizer.com/php/tu...cated-warnings

but Where is php.ini file ? Location in Vbulletin ?

It's a server file, if your running a VPS or Dedicated setup then you should be able to access it otherwise if shared hosting you'll need to contact your host and inquire if the change to the php.ini file is possible.

If you have cpanel, you should be able to do this yourself.
In your cpanel, scroll down to the Software/Services section & click php config.
You should be able to select PHP4 (Single php.ini) or PHP4 (Single php.ini) if your host will still allow php4 to be selected.

Sir I Using vbulletin 3.8.2
I Change 3 Hostings But Show This Error
Then I Use Vbulletin 3.8.7 then Vbulletin Installed But When In Install Infreno Shout Box Then Still On Loading...
Before Some Days I Buy New Domain I Hope Domain Problem Tell Me Please I Am Right ?

3.8.7 is still a very old version of Vbulletin. You either need to upgrade VBulletin or have your host use an older version of php..
