Change email sender name without changing forum title

I've been working on my SEO and now have keywords in my title. That said, my email sender name is long and obnoxious. I was wondering how I would go about changing the email sender NAME without changing the title of my forum? I'm sure I have to change it in some PHP file somewhere, I'm just wondering if anyone knows which one I should change?
