User should not read in groups they are not members in

Hi,

is there any way to restrict users from reading in group discussions, where they are no member in? I know, vBulletin is a forum and not facebook, but our members ask for it.

Any standardway or mod to do this?

AdminCP > Settings > Options > grou options > Allow Join-to-View Groups > Yes

Then when setting up a group check "Users must join to view the content"
