Would like help with Rss feed run schedule task and a real cron file
 

Hiya guys

I'll explain it as quick as possible:

Basically I currently have 70 rss feeds autoposting in my forum, triggered as normal by the fake image when i user enters the forum.

What i'd like is the "run schedule task" to run indefinitely every 20 mins without the user triggering it.

I've found a couple of posts, but they're beyond my ability to configure, but with my understanding, I need to disable the fake image trigger and create a cron task in my cpanel.

I'm unsure of the whole process, would anyone like to help?
