Is it possible to switch from XF to vB?

My XF license runs out soon & I don't wanna renew it.

Is it in any way possible to switch from XF to vB? Could I switch to another forum and switch to vB or anything?

ImpEx does not work with XF. You would either need to write your own script or look at other options such as switching to another software and then from that to vB.
