Login screen / forum view
 
Where can I find the option or permission to change how a user logs into the forum? I do not want the forum seen until a user logs in. Currently a person can go to the forum and see all the areas. Is the option for disabling this under the guest account?

This is twice now, as I post a question how to do something I figure out or find the setting I am looking for. I think I need more coffee.

You just turn the forum offline to all users..

AdminCP > Turn Your vBulletin On and Off > Yes

That option will turn your forum off altogether!

You can change the access permissions for the Unregistered / Not Logged users from your ACP > Forums & Moderators > View Permissions.

You should also alter them in your ACP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Unregistered / Not Logged In > Go (nearly all these settings should be set to no, Can view Forum etc)
