Header/Body Widths

Alright, I know I've been posting alot of questions recently but I just can't find the answer.

What I want is a header that is 1200px, and a body that is 1200px. But I want the header and navbar to go 100% of the page, but the content of them to stay inside the 1200px. It's sort of hard to explain.
