Hiya guys

This won't really puzzle the majority of you guys on here, but i need a little help config the rss feeds. As a previous phpBB user for a while, i'm new to vbulletin. here goes:

Basically i'm taking an rss feed from a twitter account, and automatically posting it on my forum, I've set up the rss feed and selected check feed every 10 minutes.

It'll post only if i select schedule task "run now" so are my rss robot task settings wrong??? I don't understand why there are 6 drop boxes for times??

how would I set it to run task every eg 30min every day of the week
