How to: External Links/Images--Popup Warning Leaving Site

I'm setting up an SSL site (https) and while I permit posting posts using external resources (links, images, videos, etc) I need a separate warning like 'You are leaving this site and we have no control over the content.'

Is there anything that does this now?

"Import External Images" looks good for part of this.

Why do you think you need this warning? Just curious. Have a lot of your members sued you for something that's on another site?

No complaints from members, just warnings from web 'trust' sites and security scanners required to obtain 'Seals' of safety, security, hacker-proof, etc.

It's also something 'I' expect from a secure web site--being notified if a link is external.

Is close, except it's after the post is created, so until it imports the image, the inline image is external.
