For some reason <script </script> is enabled for all my members on my site, how do I disable this? this is for visitor message

What do you mean by that? Do you mean your users can post <script> tags in their posts and they are then embedded in the forum code instead of being unparsed and displayed as plane text?

Users are able to use <script> </script> tags even though html is disabled for them. This is on visitor message.

I see, have you also disabled it in Settings > Options > User Profile: Visitor Messaging Options https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/...sitormessaging ?

There is not option to disable HTML on a per usergroup basis. It is a Forum Manager option.
