Adding Widgets?

While doing some research, it says to go to vB CMS to add a widget. The thing is I don't have a vB CMS only vBA CMS. I need help making widgets. Please help?

Reading the Vbulletin Manual won't help you with a 3rd party modification. For help with that you'll have to visit www.vbadvanced.com otherwise, everytime you read "add the widget via vb cms" it will mean for Vbulletin's CMS.
