vb.org Archive - Pop-up Menus

Is there any way to move the pop-up menus from the top of the page, and use them as a side bar, either as part of the body, a sidebar, or *shudder* a frame? Rather, is there a way to do it without hard coding that feature in? I'm trying to set up a media review website, and it would be more beneficial to have the pop-up menus on the side. I am using the VB4 CMS Suite, and I am trying to use it to meet the request of friends who'd like to see the site made a certain way. Any help is greatly appreciated.
