Multiple registration detector
 
Is there a mod that can scan all members of the forum to see if any ip addresses match up? Wasnt there a mod that prevented people from making multiple accounts?

Is there a way to scan already register members all at one time versus having to check member to member?

No, because the mod check the cookies of users. If a user login with 2 accounts, you get a message.
