Hide a link until +rep has been given

Hi there,

Is there a custom BBcode or some other way of being able to hide links to guests and members until that member has given positive reputation?

Also when the user returns to the page, it needs to remember that a +rep has been given already and show the link.

Any help would be fantastic, thanks.
