Hi,

Im looking for a help desk suite heres the things i'd like;

Ticket system
Admins & Customer Support Reps (Different UGs)
I read this;

Really like that, The problem is i'd also like the admins and customer support reps to have a program instead of logging in online etc.

Try www.kayako.com. It's the best of the best and it's quite affordable.

Google Hesk, it's open source and pretty good :)
