RSS widget with content from other site

Hi, I have a question.
How can I displany in forum block news from my ohter site on wordpress (btw I have feedburer so I will take feed from it).

I tried RssFeedConverter.com but couldnt mange to change coding on utf-8 (I have special Polish characters).
