the blue part that says main section and also the blue on the footer where do I need to go to as I want to make these red not blue

Get yourself a red one, name it the same, and upload in same spot after re-naming the old one something like "cat_back_blue.gif"

I didn't think it would look better with the red, but it definitely does. Good choice.
