backup site

I am trying to setup a backup site on a different server which I can use to test things out as well, which I believe I am allowed to do under the terms and conditions.

I have installed vbulletin 4 and have saved the database from the original site and am having problems importing it into the backup site. I am using phpmyadmin.

Can anyone give me any advice please?

How did you export it, and what problems are you having importing it to the test site?
