Increase attachment size
 

When using the standard message editor, the "add attachment" option puts a thumbnail of the attachment in the post. Can this thumbnail size be increased? Can I change the option to a larger picture (200 x 150 or so) with an option to click on the picture to increase the size in a pop-up or new window?

There is a thumbnail size option unser "Message Attachment Options". According to the comment there you have to run "Rebuild Attachment Thumbnails" if you change it.
