Random Attachment Strip
 

Hi, I'd like something similar to this:

However it showing random attachments posted on my forum (perhaps different ones every time I refresh?) & then once a user clicks on one of the attachments, it takes you to the thread it was posted on.. & would be great if it's also possible to add an "alt" on the attachment when mouse is hovered over the attachment, to display the username of the person who uploaded it such as "Uploaded by Craig"

Is this even possible, if so, would be GREATLY appreciated if someone can fulfill this request for me!

& if it's not to difficult to add, an option in the UserCP where users can choose whether or not to display the attachment strip
