A few style questions, trying to emulate FB app style

I'm trying to get my site to look like that of the default vBulletin Facebook app (which I purchased yesterday) and so far, so good... except I'm stuck at a few things.

#1) How do I get the double border around the body like the border on the app? I have a single 1px border and haven't been able to find any info on the net to make one similar to the app's border.

#2) How do I add space around the forumhead on my site like that shown in the attachment of the Facebook app?

#3) And last question, how do I add an (shadow) image below the last forumrow of each category like that of the default Facebook app style?
