User Defined Date & Time Format Display for vB 4.1.5

Anybody know if there is a mod similar to User Defined Date & Time Format Display (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=97469) which works on vB 4.1.5? If not how difficult would it be to modify this mode to work with vB 4.1.5?
