Cant get to work

Heyg uys i just have little question that i enabled that user can upload animated avatar included sig but it's not working. PLEASE help me. THANk you.

You have to make sure that it is enabled for their usergroup and that they are trying to upload an animated avatar that is within the restrictions of size and pixles that you set for them.
