Custom E-mail System
Hi guys, I was advised to make a thread here regarding the issue I originally put in a support ticket. Anyway, I wanted my forum to require people to use a specific e-mail address at registration. In other words, if I wanted to specify "yahoo.com", then people could only register with "whatever@yahoo.com", and if they put in an invalid e-mail, it should not go through with the registration.
Can anyone help guide me through the process that is needed to have this done? I'm not fluent in code, but I have worked with a lot over the last year so I'm not clueless either. I will probably understand if you put up code but if anyone can help me, please do; perhaps step by step (I was told that this would require custom plugins, queries, or template modifications) directions would be ideal. Thanks in advance. |
So....anyone?

I think this might work: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=188418
It's for vb3, but there's a comment by a user who says it works in vb4. |
