vB 3.X or vB4.X
 

I have a vBulletin 4 License, I want to know if I should go with vBulletin 3 or vBulletin 4. Because I heard that vBulletin 4 is limited to customizations and it is significantly slower than vBulletin 3.

I will most likely go for the latest vBulletin 3 which is 3.8.7 does it have a lot of exploits? If vBulletin 4 I will go for 4.1.10, is it worth it? I don't plan on upgrading in the future so I will stick with that certain version.

Which is safer? More recommended faster, and easier to customize.

There have been significant updates to 4 since it's release, Yeah i do admit the customization is lacking a bit, Cuase i was trying to make my own skin for my website, But some of the stuff like the "post a thread" button by default canot be changed, But i've not noticed much in terms of speed, and if anything in terms of Exploits it's alot more secure than 3 is.

But i would probably go with 4, It's the most recent, It's alot more secure, and 3 has hit the end of it's life and the really no point into using a dead peice of software ya'know, But thats just me.
