html Posting Mod?

Well I have seen on some other forums people have it so the html coding does not show up it just automatically adds it when you use it so it's not a big mess of coding everywhere. I asked one of the admins and he said it was a mod but he didn't remember what is was called so I was wondering if any of you guys know where I can get it? Thanks.
