vb.org Archive - vBadvanced and CMS

So going through the mods in vbulletin 4 I see a lot of references to widgets and cms used. Im pretty new to all this stuff and have no idea how to use any of them. Ive got some pretty cool mods for the site I cant integrate because I have no idea how to use these cms widgets. Is there a guide or basic tutorial someone can point me to so I can start learning? Most of these CMS widgets id want to use with vbadvanced. Any help pointing me in the right educational direction would be appreciated. Thanks.

Update: I forgot to mention I see a lot of Go to: AdminCP > vBulletin CMS > Widgets

I dont seem to have the vbulletin CMS option at all.
